Not a day goes by without talking about health and wellbeing, so I've put that to good use helping others create a healthier lifestyle and build the long term health they deserve.

A little about me...

My path to health coaching wasn’t straightforward. Like many people, my interest in health began through my own challenges, which led me into the often confusing world of nutrition and wellness. I tried countless approaches, searching for the one thing that would finally make everything better.

A major turning point came in my early 40s when I was diagnosed with cancer. It made me rethink how I cared for my mind and body. I realised that health isn’t about chasing trends, doing everything perfectly or following someone else’s rules. True health is holistic, individual and doesn’t need to be complicated.

Qualifying as a Level 5 Health Coach gave me evidence-backed knowledge and the confidence to build a lifestyle that supports my long-term wellbeing. Now, I help others create a life they love, with healthy habits that last and systems that fit real life, giving them clarity that today’s choices will support tomorrow and beyond.

Breakfast or brunch followed by a walk is my thing. Don’t ask me out after 6pm!

I’m a bit obsessed with low-tox living. From making my own cleaning products to testing the latest non-toxic gadgets, I’m always finding ways to make my home healthier.

Health coaching is the time you give yourself to be in a safe, non-judgemental space with someone who genuinely cares and listens deeply, so you feel heard and understood — allowing you to open your mind to what is really possible.
